How to Enable Right Click on Any Website or Webpage.

Now days, many websites and blogs doesn't allow you to right click on thier websites. I studied HTML and basic web designing, so I like to look at webpages' HTML codes when I find a new interesting website. And it makes me angry to find out that I can't right click. But as you know, there is always a way to get around something. This hub will teach you how to right click on web sites where it's not allowed.

Follow These Simple Steps to Right Click

  1. Click on [Favorites] on the top of the browser.
  2. Click on [Add to Favorites...].
  3. When Add Favorite box pops up, enter a name that you can easily remember later such as Right Click. Then click [ok].
  4. Click on [Favorites].
  5. Find the Right Click button you just created, then right click on it. Then click [Properties].
  6. On the Web Document tab, copy and paste the following code:
    javascript:function r(d){d.oncontextmenu=null;d.onselectstart=null;d.ondragstart=null;d.onkeydown=null;d.onmousedown=null; d.body.oncontextmenu=null;d.body.onselectstart=null;d.body.ondragstart=null;d.body.onkeydown=null; d.body.onmousedown=null;};function unify(w){r(w.document);if(w.frames.length>0){for(var i=0;i<w.frames.length;i++){try{unify(w.frames[i].window);}catch(e){}};};};unify(self);
  7. Click [OK]. A message will popup stating "The protocol "javascript" does not have a registered program. Do you want to keep this target anyway?". Click [Yes]. This won't do any harm to your computer.
  8. Now you are ready to right click on any webpages. Whenever you find a webpage you cannot right click, just go to [Favorites] and click on the [Right Click] button you've created.
  9. Its Working.

Where to Upload PowerPoint Presentations On the Web

Comparing The Tools for Getting your PowerPoint Presentation Online

Zoho Show, SlideShare, Scribd, SlideAware and Splashcast are some of the most popular hosting services for uploading PowerPoint files on the web for others to watch the slideshows online or for you to embed the presentations inside web pages.

Though we compared SlideShare and Zoho Show in the past, it's probably time to revisit the topic with the entry of some very good PowerPoint players like the one from SplashCast and Scribd.

Scribd  - This may surprise some but Scribd is an excellent place for uploading PowerPoint files. The big advantage of using Scribd is that visitors can search inside the content of your PPT files right inside the viewer. Another feature unique to Scribd is Zoom which is not available in any of the other PowerPoint players. And you can select the slide number that should load at the beginning.

SplashCast  - This "one size fits all" web player allows you to embed PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, MP3 songs, videos and photographs right inside one player. And you know what - SplashCast gives a skinless PPT player - the navigation bar is visible only when the visitors wants to see else it remains neatly hidden. The transition effects between slides are again very impressive.

SlideShare - The most popular PowerPoint hosting service is also the most convenient one. Upload, grab the Flash embed code and paste. Slideshare create a text transcript of your PowerPoint presentations making it easier for search engines to discover your content. Presenters can learn which websites are embedding their PPT presentations which is such a useful feature. The SlideShare player looks good but you cannot resize it and there's no autoplay option. Supports multiple uploads in one go.

Zoho Show  - Zoho is the only service to provide an IFRAME based embed code though the player is done in Adobe Flash like other services. With Zoho Show, viewers can jump to any slide by selecting the slide name from the drop-down in the player bar. They can also select the slide transition duration and run the slideshow. Zoho Show lets you edit your existing presentations before sharing them.

SlideAware  - Unlike other PowerPoint hosting services, SlideAware is mostly paid but they do have a free plan which should work for lot of presenters. The PowerPoint player of SlideAware can be resized and you can decide what buttons to display on the player skin. SlideAware provides excellent viewership stats per PPT slide - you'll know who viewed your Presentation, when they viewed it and how long they spent on each slide.

Recommendations:If you a have a long text-based PPT, use Scribd since visitors can quickly search for text phrases. If you want to edit the PPT online before sharing, Zoho Show is the way to go.
If you want to integrate the PowerPoint presentation with pictures from Flickr, videos from YouTube and even MP3, SplashCast is the perfect service for you. Very clean interface.
If you want a quick and easy way for sharing (multiple) PPTs, go with Slideshare. Your presentation will gain maximum visibility here.

Open Your Google Docs Presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint

Forget the hack, Google Docs now lets you export presentations as PPT files in addition to supporting the PDF format. You can also view your Google Presentations offline in the web browser using the Google Gears extension.
To save a Google Presentation in PPT format, go to the File menu and click "Save as PPT". The export feature has been simultaneously enabled both in standard Google Docs and the Google Apps version. From Google Blog and What’s new.

How To Save PowerPoint Presentations in Google Docs

Before you upload PowerPoint PPT files to Google Presentations for editing, make sure you know that the opposite is not possible yet.

Unlike other members of the Google Docs family, Google Presentations doesn't have an export function so you cannot download your edited PowerPoint slideshows out of Google Presentations in PPT, PDF or any other popular formats.

Update: This is no longer required, you can now easily export PPT files from Google Docs

Google Docs does allow you to download the presentations as a ZIP, which is a mix of HTML, CSS and JPGs, but again that's not a very useful or convenient format.

Considering that PPT is such a universally accepted presentation format, it is quite safe to assume that PowerPoint export feature will meet Google Presentations very soon.

But if you are getting desperate to get those PowerPoint slides out of Google Docs now itself because the boss wants them, the good old Print Screen key can be your friend.

Open the Google Presentation file in the browser that you want to import back into PowerPoint - then hit the "Start Presentation" link on the top left (or hit Ctrl+F5) to play the slideshow in a new window. As the slides progress in the browser, hit the Print Screen key each time, add a new slide in PowerPoint and insert the clipboard contents by pressing Ctrl+V.

It's not the most practical solution because the slides are now still images and therefore non-editable - but then something is better than nothing.

The print screen technique can also be used for sharing presentations created in Google Docs on any of the PowerPoint hosting services like SlideShare, Scribd and more.
